The OEM Process — How We Help Global Brands Build Custom Journals

Understanding the OEM partnership

For international stationery brands, working with an experienced OEM factory is the key to turning creative ideas into consistent, high-quality products.
At Hangzhou Let’s Party Co., Ltd., we have spent more than two decades refining an OEM system that makes notebook production predictable, transparent, and brand-safe.

Step 1 – Specification & Quotation

Everything starts with details.
Clients provide size, cover material, paper gsm, logo finish, and binding type.
Our team then prepares a technical spec sheet and quotation within 24 hours, including lead time and shipping options.

Step 2 – Sample Development

A working sample is produced within 7–10 days.
We use the same FSC-certified paper and Heidelberg presses as mass production, so colors and texture remain accurate.
Samples can include foil logos, belly bands, and packaging mock-ups.

Step 3 – Mass Production

After sample approval, production begins under strict ISO and BSCI standards.
Automated binding and cutting lines guarantee stability, while each batch is QC-checked for alignment, edge trimming, and color accuracy.

Step 4 – Packing & Export

Notebooks are shrink-wrapped, boxed, and palletized according to client requirements.
We assist with labeling, FNSKU codes, and export paperwork (HS Code 4820 / C/O Certificates).
Typical lead time: 15–30 days.

Why brands trust our OEM service

  • Consistent color reproduction

  • Small MOQ flexibility (100–500 pcs)

  • Full confidentiality for private-label projects

  • Reliable global logistics partners

Working with a structured OEM process ensures your creative vision becomes a physical product that meets every specification.
